Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after placement. During peak seasons or high order volumes, slight delays may occur. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone to inform you of the expected processing time.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the duration from when your order leaves our fulfillment center to when it arrives at your destination. The estimated shipping times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days
3. Expected Total Delivery Time
The expected total delivery time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time:

4. Refund Processing Time
If your order has not been shipped yet, the refund will be processed within 1-5 business days. If the order has already been shipped, the refund will be processed after we receive the returned items at our warehouse, which may take 7-14 days or longer. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us via email for assistance.
5. Shipping Costs and Expected Delivery
We ship to Australia, Canada, the United States, and worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order total:

6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours after the email is sent.
7. Damages
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all packaging materials for inspection.
8. Order Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has already been shipped, we will do our best to intercept the shipment. You can reach us via email.
9. Shipping Delays During Promotions and Holidays
During promotional periods and public holidays, order processing may take longer due to high volumes. Our fulfillment center is closed on public holidays. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during these periods.
